The SISAL CSR project
Presented the survey Nextest about the Sisal and Matchpoint network for a more responsible gambling.
It has been just concluded the survey carried out by Nextest on a representative sample of the Sisal and Matchpoint sales network and, aimed at assessing the level of agreement and consensus on Responsible Gambling Project.
The Sisal Responsible Gambling Project, launched in 2009, promotes a model of conscious and balanced game, focusing on entertainment, gambling ban on minors and on the prevention of the problematic gambling phenomenon.
Among the primary targets of the project are the players but also the receivers, interviewed in fact in the Nextest survey.
The research shows an increasing level of awareness, by the sales force, on the problems associated with the game and the strategies to recognize and deal appropriately with them.
The study also allowed Sisal to identify prospective driver training and communication, in order to the game becomes more and more a pure and pleasant entertainment.
