An innovative research model to meet profit and non profit
Every company oriented to social responsibility has at least once experienced the difficulty of dialogue with a non-profit organization and has experienced the cultural distance between two worlds that, even when pursue the same goal, think and act in very different ways.
BRIDGE OVER, born from Nextest experience in research and consulting, is addressed to the CSR managers engaged in the development of social strategies for their company and has two main objectives:
1) bring two profoundly different visions towards a common area of experience
2) initiate a process that can generate value for both the company and the NPO.
The methodology, which will be presented to the most important companies of our country, will also provide valuable support to the definition of corporate social identity, identifying areas of intervention more closely to the image and to the positioning of the company.
